Fat Phaze's label Sismic has forged itself an enviable reputation for its quality output - quirky electronic tunes, unashamedly musical and full of effortless Gallic cool.
Greek twins Marios and Paschalis aka The Lifers return to the Paris-based label with the excellent Garden of Fever, a live bass and vocal sample driven tune that nods lingeringly to some of Alan Braxe's funkier moments.
Veteran studio agitator Moussa Clarke houses up the tempo a notch and twists in a large bassline, 808 subs and funky keys. Young Parisian producer Benjamin adds his own electronic retro touches, chopping the beats and building into an irresistible crescendo of synth arpeggios.
